Virus Wintib32.exe

    Can anyone please help with info concerning the virus Wintib32.exe ?
    How is it loaded onto my system?
    It appears when I start Windows Explorer and is resident in my Documents and Settings/User/Local Settings/Temp Folder.
    I keep deleting it with AntiVirus software but it reappears.
