virus problem win32/pacex.gen

    "xn1i9x.com , amovo.exe ,Win32/Pacex.Gen viruses." My system contains these viruses.Problems are given below.
    1.I cannot open my drives with a single click
    2.There is folder options but cannot view hidden files.
    3.System become slow.

    Can anybody help me remove these problems.Please please help to solve these problems.
