Virus PE_NIMDA.A-0

The computer I work with has recently been infected with this virus.

I am using PC-Cillin and just today updated the program virus lists - which is how I found the virus.

The problem is that PC-Cillin cannot either clean or quaranteen the virus - does anyone out there know how I can get rid of the virus???

The main file being infected is Windows\System\load.exe - unknown exactly what this file does - however I do suspect that it controls loading of files within other programs - as every time I try to open a file from within a program (for example Word) I get either a lack of resources error or lack of memory error.

If anyone knows of another program that will indeed fix this problem (by cleaning this virus) I would greatly appreciate the help.
