[Active] Virus disables keyboard after bios

I recieved several viruses last night.

I ran SpybotSD and it removed 7 of 8 malware components found. It then gave me a notice saying I need to restart the PC in safemode to remove additional malware.

Thing is when I restart, the keyboard allows me to access the bios set up but when I let it boot further it disables at the start up selection that lets you choose between booting normally or in safemode.

Since booting normally is selected by default, the countdown expires and it attempts to boot normally and BSOD's right at the windows startup screen.

Is there any way to circumvent this without having to create a boot disk from a cd/usb?

    What does BSOD say?
Is it USB keyboard, or PS/2?

It resets before I can read the blue screen error, and also before windows boots up. All I can access is the bios

Please, repost your problem under Windows section, and return back here, when your computer is bootable.
