    i have just installed Virtual Server 2005 onto one of our servers running windows server 2003 standard. When i try to open the web administration guide Intenet exploere opens and it only says Service Unavaliable.

    VS 2005 requires IIS to be installed as well so that was done before the installation of VS, however when I open up internet explorer and type the http://localhost i get the same "Service Unavaliable" message so im thinking its a IIS problem, the windows event log shows the following errors and warning

    ERROR
    The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Activation permission for the COM Server application with CLSID
    {A9E69610-B80D-11D0-B9B9-00A0C922E750}
    to the user NT AUTHORITY\NETWORK SERVICE SID (S-1-5-20). This security permission can be modified using the Component Services administrative tool.

    ERROR
    Application pool 'DefaultAppPool' is being automatically disabled due to a series of failures in the process(es) serving that application pool.

    WARNING
    A process serving application pool 'DefaultAppPool' terminated unexpectedly. The process id was '1744'. The process exit code was '0xffffffff'.

    any help would be great on this as i have exhausted everything I can think of.
