virtual hardware question

Hi All, i currently use Alcohol 120% and was wondering if they have a program like that which emulates a floppy drive?

I take it that you do not have floppy drive in your machine and you are tring to emulate one?

Actually I would like to use it instead of jeopardizing my floppies. I could copy my floppies once into an image file and use those.

Check out Incd by Ahead; I checked the alcohol120% manual and I can't see anything similar.

 

BladeTurbo, your response with further info and Sparrow's reply made me think again. You want an "image" type file for the floppies. Could try an achiving program like Winzip. Highlight the files on the floppy, right-click and select "Add to zip ". Make a zip file of each. When you want to use them unzip to a floppy or somewhere for those emulators (I mentioned) to use from your harddrive.
