Resolved viewing picture icons?

Before, when i would open a folder containing jpg files, the
individual icons would show a icon-sized view of the actual
picture...

Now, when i open the same folder, i see icons with the
icon of the program (PSP4) used to open those jpgs.

Must be an association problem but darned if i can find how
to reset it to see the actual (mini) picture..

Hi Savagcl,

Make sure your view options for folders, via control panel "folder options ", has an unchecked option for "always show icons never show thumbnails ".

Then, in the folder these pictures are kept in, play with the view tab, on the tooolbar, choose medium icons for example. Just make sure you aren't using details list as your view.

See if the above is the problem. If not and wish to change the psp4 association, you should have a right clicked option on the picture that allows you to "open with" and among the arrow drop down choices will be "choose the default program ".
