View as active desktop as webpage

    Hello: For some reason my pc is not running as active desktop as webpage. This started all of a sudden. It is clicked on in properties. Is there a way to default this?

    Bimmer Guy--Have you right clicked on Desktop, put mouse on Active Desktop and clicked "View as Web Page "? I understand you have run Active Desktop before and know what you are getting into.

    Hi Welshjim, thanks for getting back to me. Yes it is clicked on View as webpage. I don't get it. Am I gonna have to go to each folder and set to webpage? Very odd

    Welshjim: I fixed the prob. Under VIEW-FOLDER OPTIONS, CUSTOM was not clicked on. Everything is back to norm now. Thanks

    Bimmer Guy - You said that this problem happened "all of a sudden." Did you install or uninstall something that maybe could be the cause, a bad uninstall maybe?

    Can you remember what you were doing at the time the problem occured?
