videos playing in wrong color

    I recently reinstalled Windows XP on my Dell computer. I'm noticing that when I go to play certain videos, they play in the wrong colors. The video itself plays, but it plays in this mix of red and green.

    I remember this happening to me once before, and I was able to get it fixed, but I forget how. I'm figuring something must have happened when I reinstalled Windows XP.

    Any help here? Thanks.

    Yeah, I went to the Windows Updates web site and had a Dell technician help me through it. So I dont know?
