Videos on websites stop, play haltingly

    Problem on website videos. Short videos halt, do not complete. Sometimes bypass by jumping ahead. Many play 15+ seconds & stop.
    No memory of exactly when video problems started.

    System:
    Dell XPS420 Intel Core Quad 2 CPU 8200 2.3 GHz 64 bit system x 64 bit processor
    New SPCC Solid State (500GB) and standard disc WD (1 TB) both 1 year old
    Motherboard OEM; Logitech wireless mouse and keyboard.
    ASUS M Disc RW DVD
    Windows 10 Home

    Comments:
    Netflix movies play flawlessly
    Videos onboard play fine
    Short videos from websites, on web pages, display this fault

    If website video is using flash player that might be the problem..
    Try disabling hardware acceleration in flash.

    Just google disable flash hardware acceleration for instant instructions
