video starts in IE

    Hi
    When I click to play a video or mp3 online it always opens in a panel in the IE browser. I think I clicked to associate videos etc with IE sometime in the past.
    My question is how can I dissassociate so the videos open in a different window?

    First thought is an IE options> "advanced Tab "> Multimedia category "> option: "Don't display media in the media bar ". You could try checking it to enable this option and see if that helps.
