Video Professor issue

    Unable to open a lesson(cd) due to the following error message.
    Required security module cannot be activated. This program cannot be executed.

    Please advise. Thanks for your time.

    Video Professor has failed to reply thus far?:

    There isn't much on their web site...so you might have to wait for them...

    Did you see-> the Video Professor End User License Agreement and did you accept it?

    Google-> "Required security module cannot be activated" to see tons of hits.

    It looks like maybe an app called "Process Explorer" from Microsoft might be the culprit.

    Also some maleware called Securom might cause the error.
