Video Chat 'lagging' on Windows Live Messenger

    So I have a netbook and it's definitely not the best when it comes to video chatting on Windows Live Messenger. Every time I do a video chat it lags a lot and the CPU usage is 100%. Is there anything that can be done to make WLM not so much of a drain on the CPU?

    I have used it in the past and it has caused problems. Do you ave your camera on> If so, try turning it off.
