    Hi, i need help.

i installed the game Biohazard 4 on my pc. i increased the virtual memory to 1024 MB as it was saying low in virtual memory.

I run it and click play. After the movies for introductions, and it's ready for me to navigate Leon [Cast] i can see nothing but black screen. i don't know if that is part of the game.

    1. do you think it's the video card?
if so, what do you suggest?
and when i hook it up, do i need to do some configuration on my computer about the video card?
    2. what is the virtual memory for?

    Specs:
    XP Pro SP3
    Memory card 256MB available 190MB+
    Directx 9

Please help me. Thank you very much.
