Very lite fonts

I'm running Outlook 2007 in my HP Desktop with a Windows 7 operating system. Suddenly all the mail in my inbox is very light gray, almost grayed out but not quite that light of a gray. Other than that the inbox works correctly. The mail in my sent items box is very normal. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Office, I also did a System Restore going back a little over a month, but the problem still exists. Does anyone have any ideas of how to fix this?
