    Thanks for confirming my suspicions

It looks very realistic anyway. Firefox has not picked up the fraud.

That's why, you need WOT to be more secure.

Personally, I used to use McAfee Site Advisor, but with one of their newer versions, I dropped it in favor of WOT (number of people, I know, did very same thing).
Newer version of Site Advisor became too bloated (probably very last decent piece of software from McAfee).

That is true broni. I have noticed that with the newer version of siteadvisor, it wants to install the yahoo toolbar along with the program. The installation of the toolbar is optional so for me I just skip the toolbar install and just have siteadvisor get installed. I actually haven't used WOT but have used their site to look up website reports in case siteadvisor hasn't tested a website yet.

SiteAdvisor crashed my computer at one point. My preference would be to use WOT also.

"There are also some other issues with Site Advisor:" GOOD LINKS
I never liked McAfee from the start/ I feel their antivirus is not strong enough.
Back in the day for me, it was Norton vs. Mcafee, I would choose Norton, but Norton is now bloatware "

Thanks for the info. I didn't realize there were so many complaints about siteadvisor. I have noticed issues with Siteadvisor giving rogue malware and registry cleaner websites green ratings. If siteadvisor gives a bad website a green rating I just rely on researching the website in question on google and I use my own judgement to determine whether a website is bad or not. After reading the info in your links I think I might just switch to using WOT.
