What is the name of the program and are you sure it's not in plain text mode now?

Good morning Steve I must of not received your response from yesterday in reference to the changing of formats only to accomodate the fax when I fax copies. Then returning the format back after the faxing procedure.

Thank you Steve if you can assist with the instructions.

I didn't type a response cause I've never heard of fax1 and don't have access to the options available;)

Have you used it and faxed something to someone? If so, could they read what you faxed?

Plain text - in theory will use less toner on the receiving end and would probably be easy to read...

Hello Steve--Thank you for your reply. I have fax several pages to the U.S. but they told me that the fax went through but couldn't read it on there end. I did how ever ask the fax1 people why it done that and they told me that if I used the plain text format for sending the fax it should be OK.

My question is if there were a box to uncheck while sending the fax I would simply uncheck the box if it is that simple but I didn't know where to look to see where I could change it from the Html. I was checking around the internet options and notice that in the advanced group under Multimedia there was a checked box saying always clear type for Html. But I didn't want to start unchecking boxes until I asked you to see if that would remedy my problem.

    Thanks for help

Wish I could help. Their web site doesn't have any info on the subject...You should try and contact them and ask how to send plain text.
