Resolved Using Combo Fix

First of all, Combofix shouldn't be used by anyone, who is not trained to know, how to do it.
Secondly, for obvious reasons, no question regarding Combofix (how it works, where it works, what it does, etc.) will ever be answered on any serious public computer help forum.
The less bad guys know, the better.
