    Novice here:

I've been using the address bar on my desktop toolbar instead of using the Run box. The address bar is 2 clicks closer. Works for about all the cleanmgr, regedit etc. stuff. A neighbor who's a novice also mentioned today that this might not be good idea? Might break something?

I just found a list of 156 Run cmds and was going to go throught them to see which ones work in the address bar, but thought I might ought to ask first.

    Sure is handy.

    Chas.

    Hello chas,

Can't think of any reason for not doing that.

When using the run command, start typing www and see what you come up with :)
