USERDATA.DLL deleted

    :( My son in his infinate intelligence deleted the USERDATA.DLL
    file while uninstalling his Palm. Now I get error file missing at start up and now my Palm can't Hot Sync. I'm not a computer whiz so I'm relying on all of you to help me out before I commit a murder.
    Please Help!!!!!!!!!:confused: Can this be reinstalled?????
