    I have a client with a XP Home SP2 system. There are 2 users both with ADMIN rights. This I see in the control panel/user accounts. One user can do anything they want but the other user appears to be limited in what they can do and what they can execute. Anyone have an idea why this might be? To me it doesn't seem right!
