[Solved] If you are getting a Warning Event 1530 in Event Viewer, I discovered a solution, thanks to Remko Weijnen for tracking down this problem.
Download LoadProfile.zip from his website, www.remkoweijnen.nl. At the top of the page is a Downloads heading, search for LoadProfile.
Extract and the run the exe file. It will execute in a cmd window.
I placed a shortcut to the exe in my startup folder, so it will run when I log in.
I have not had an Event 1530 since doing this.

Well, Event 1530 errors are just warnings, and from reading the article this was not produced to remove these errors. Running it will load your (registry) user profile and never unloads it.

I would advice against using this just to prevent error messages in your event viewer.
