user profile problem

hi - i am having trouble setting up user accounts.
i have 2 administrators and 3 limited accounts - when i click on two of the limited user accounts it says loading personal settings then a message pops up saying profile cannot be loaded - the system cannot find the file specified - i then deleted those two accounts and retryed but it still says the same thing
the other user accounts work fine i.e 2 administrators and one limited
