User Inviroment Window pops up... Profile wasn't loaded.

    I have a Windows NT Pc with SP6a. That is not on a network. The user logs on locally. When she enters her password, a "User Inviroment" window appears stating the following:
    Your profile was not successfully loaded, but you have been logged on with the default system profile.

    What can I do to fix this.

    Go to the event logs and get the detailed error message then post that here.
