   Something is wrong with the User Accounts window of my XP.
   
   When I click User Accounts then top left I press Learn about.... "User Accounts" I get Internet Explorer script errors, and images dont load and I get the little red x instead.
   
   Does anyone know how to fix this?

   Try running sfc /scannow from the command prompt (Start > Run and type cmd.
