    Hello Staff and Readers,
I have recently purchased the CBS News and New York Times Multimedia Cronicle entitled The War in Vietnam. It works fine except all CBS Video selections produce the following error message:
"Director Player 4.0" (as the title or header) with the following text "Script error: cannot divide by zero." I've followed all the use suggestions without success in opening these videos. Any suggestions would be appreciated. What is Director Player 4.0? I have QuickTime 4.0; is this the same software?

    PC specifications:
Dell XPS T500 purch in early 1999
    OS: Windows 98
    CPU: Pentium II
    256 RAM
    500 MHz
    8.4 Gb disk
    56 K Modem

    Sincerely,
    Scott Dietert:confused:
