Is it true that Windows NT does not support USB and is it possible to enable it?

NT4 does not have USB support although some USB devices will run under NT4.

You can't "enable" it since it isn't disabled, just doesn't exist.

You might be interested in Add USB capability to workstations running Microsoft® Windows NT® 4.0. at a cost of around $40 for a workstation or $250 for a 10 PC license.
