USB keyboard cannot function at first startup page

    My USB keyboard cannot function at first startup pages and i need to press F1 to go through another pages, when my computer startup complete, my USB key board become function well. I only can use psp keyboard to pass through to another pages from the first starup pages. Can anyone help me?:confused:

    Using the PS/2 keyboard, look for a setting "USB Legacy Support" in the startup (BIOS) settings. If you can make that that setting, it does not pay to rely on it, if the system resets to default, you will need to use a PS/2 keyboard again to change the setting again.

    I suggest you keep a PS/2 keyboard handy for when or if you need to access the BIOS.

    PS If the system keeps resetting, get a replacement (CMOS) battery
