USB 2 flash drive 64Gb, what is the correct "Allocation Unit Size" when formatting. Mostly Videos and software programs.

I would format NTFS and set Default Allocation Size which is 4096 bytes.

Your comments will be most appreciated.
I find that 64GB USB 2 flash drives, of various
manufacture have a different saving time rate.

    Integral. 64Gb £37. File size 12Gb time 30mins.

    Maplin (white). 64Gb £50 (sale £30) File size 12Gb time 90mins.

    Intenso. 64Gb £40 File size 12Gb time 65mins.

None of the flash drive quote down rate other than capacity size.
