How can I tell whether I am running USB1 or 2 on my root USB in the computer and/or the hub I installed.

    Hi tenbob,

Check the specifications for your motherboard. Unless they specify that it is USB 2.0, then it will be USB 1.

If it is USB 1, you will need a USB 2 PCI card to run your hardware at USB 2.
