Hello SpywareDR. I have tried several times, now, to get to a google filtered link but windowsbbs redirect seems to change the url each time leaving my link at a blank standard google. How or what am I doing wrong?

    Frustrating ain't it? :( :)

Copy your long Google link, paste it into the url shortener on http://bit.ly, copy the shortened bit.ly url and then use that one here on Windows BBS.

A couple other shortener sites are http://goo.gl and http://www.tinyurl.com.

:) Yeah! Thank you very much. So I take it windowsbbs has limit on the url length redirect.

It seems to have a problem with ampersands ( "& ").

    A link of:
    Code:
    http://www.google.com/search?num=50&hl=en&sa=X&ei=KJ_fT7DyDYn02QX59vzRCA&ved=0CAcQBSgA&q=vista+icons+desktop+alphabetically+on+reboot&spell=1&biw=1280&bih=565

will end up truncated like so:
    Code:
    http://www.google.com/search?num=50

The workaround is to use a url shortener such as bit.ly, goo.gl or tinyurl.com.
