Uploading Problems.

    So I'm having some problems when trying to upload anything to anywhere.
    Firstly it goes nicely 100kBps, but then it keeps slowing down then stops.
    On other computer uploading works just fine.

    I have tried to configure my router to bridged connection and to normal NAT, but no effect.
    I don't have any firewall or AV atm. Installed.
