Resolved Upgrading motherboard and cpu

    Im thinking of upgrading my motherboard and cpu,will i need to buy a new operating system or can i use my original xp installation disc,will i need to surrender the product key to microsoft to recieve a new product key so there wont be any hardware change errors as i need a validated copy of my os any help much appreciated
