Resolved Upgrading from XP to W7

    As my heading says. I'm looking to upgrade to Windows 7.
    Don't WANT to, but it seems I must.
    I ran MS's tool to check what I need to do.
    One of the things I need to do before I start this, is to get a driver for my Atheros L1 Gigabit Ethernet 10/100/1000Base-T Controller.

    I've search the Internet but all I find is sites that want to sell driver scan programs.

    Can anyone tell me where I can find a genuine driver download?
