I just got a new laptop. It came with Windows 7 Pro, and it is in the process of upgrading to Windows 10. It downloaded fully, and is now at the screen that says "Getting updates ", and it has been stuck at 0% for 20-30 minutes.

Should I reboot and see what happens, or would this goof up the update process?

Hi Paul. I would just leave it alone for the time being but if the update process is stuck then you can consider upgrading to Windows 10 using a bootable USB drive or a DVD by downloading the ISO file from here, Get Windows 10.
