Just upgraded from Outlook Express to Outlook 2003, mainly because I have had a program written for me to automatically send out my work emails, and it requires 2003.

The problem I'm having, is that the program is recognising some emails in my contacts list, but not others, although it's finding them all on the programmer's machine.

I suspect it's being caused by the clash between OE and O2003, because I've noticed that when I deleted a contact from my contact list, it sometimes still appears in certain lists. It's as though it's combining the lists from OE and O2003.

What I think I basically need to do is to completely clear all my old contacts from the machine entirely, then reinstall them all from a file.

Where does Outlook Express hold it's contacts? Is it possible to completely delete Outlook Express from my machine (as far as I can tell, it disappeared when I installed 2003, but it still seems to be interfering).

I suppose what I'm really asking here is, is it possible to delete ALL contacts from my machine, from ALL email programs? So that I can then set up a brand new contacts file/folder from a backup file?
