   I have Office XP and have already installed Office XP SP3 and KB887978 (mini service pack).
   
   
   I want to download KB873333; but it's not clear from the update website:
   
   http://www.microsoft.com/technet/security/Bulletin/MS05-012.mspx
   
   which is the appropriate version of KB873333 for a PC which has Office XP SP3 and KB887978 (mini service pack) already installed.

   The simplest and most straightforward way is to use Microsoft Update as opposed to Windows Update. Microsoft Update includes updates for other MS programs including Office.
