Updates for Seamonkey, Firefox and Thunderbird

There are updates to Seamonkey, Firefox and Thunderbird. In no case I was informed of their availability. I prefer to do the updates when I want.

 

I have most of my programs set up to let me know when an update is available but not install it until I want. That's what happened with this latest SeaMonkey update.

 

Firefox is suffering from security issues since it started going wild with its versions. It has to update its browser within a few days of release of .0 version.

 

The security issues have nothing to do with the rapid updates. There have been updates within one or few days before. The problems found in Seamonkey and Thunderbird have to do with mail, and they applied to only a few cases. I am not sure about the Firefox ( and equivalent issue in Seamonkey). I prefer to do updates when they come out, whether I feel that I need them or not, but this time, I had to look for the updates, because the programs did not inform me. But, the nice part occurred when I needed only a small incremental update, instead of downloading the full installer.
