Update problems

    When i try the windows update site and try to download updates,they seems to freeze almost instantly.

    Is there another site where i can download the updates manually as a .EXE file???

    How do I check if Cryptographic Service is running? Trying to download Q814033 up date, download will not begin if Cryptographic Service is not avilable.
