    In my office I have
    · 12 computers all running Win 10 Pro
    · 1 computer running Win 10 Pro that I use for all client files. All other computers connect to the client files through the office network.
There are no client files on any of the 12 computers, only the one I use as a file server.
    · a Canadian tax program called Profile is installed and licensed on each of the 12 computers
    · two L6200 DW Brother printers
On every computer, I can open a client file in Profile. Once the tax file is complete, I need to print the return for the client.
I can print to either printer.
On all computers, I can print the T1 returns.
On all computers, I can print the T2 tax returns, except for one computer.
My problem is that on one machine, I cannot print the T2 returns. I get this generic-looking message that says Printer Error, Try again.
It is only on this one machine, and only when I try to print a T2 return. T1 returns print just fine. All other machines can print both returns to either printer.
I have uninstalled Profile using Revo Uninstaller and reinstalled it.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the printers. Nothing I can think of has resolved the issue.
This makes absolutely no sense to me so I am hoping someone might have thought on this peculiar situation.

    Thanks

Clear out the Windows\TEMP folder and see if that helps.

Thanks Steve, that didn't help. What I did find though is that it won't print to anything, including to a PDF.

So it no longer prints the T1 tax reports?

"Right-click on the printer icon in Windows' notification area, then choose Open All Printers to see a list of currently queued items." Do you see items? If so - clear them out.

No, it still prints the T1, just not the T2. There is nothing in any queue of any printer

Thank you ephemarial - the Profile article you suggested referenced the need for the language and region settings on the PC to be set for English (United States). Someone had changed them to English (Canada).
Once they were changed, the T2 printing function returned.
