I have administrative rights on my PC (home) and am trying to unstall my TCP/IP so I can re-install it to hopefully clear up a problem that I have with my Outlook 2003 but I can uninstall it. The uninstall button is greyed out.

Any suggestion as to how I can uninstall this???

    Thanks.

Anne--Version of Windows? Broadband or DialUp? What is the problem you want to correct?
    Where? Control Panel|Network Connections|right click on connection|Properties?

My operating system is Windows XP Professional. My internet connection is high-speed internet.

The problem I'm trying to correct is that I installed Office 2003 and now I can't receive messages on my Outlook 2003. My username and password are correct and they have been verified. I have administrative rights. I can send e-mails but can't receive them.

I tried my account with Outlook Express and no problem so something is messed up in Outlook 2003 but have no idea. A friend of mine said that he thinks if I uninstall my TCP/IP and re-install it may clear it up.
