unresponsive script

I am not sure where to post this...I am getting an error message upon boot up that is not identified as to source. The error message is:

"Warning: unresponsive script "
"? A script on this page may be busy or it may have stopped responding. You can stop the script or you can continue to see if the script will complete. "
"|Stop Script| |Continue| "

Boot up is pretty much complete when this warning appears. I have clicked on "Stop Script" without apparent problem except on one occasion when my mail program (Pocomail) stopped responding some minutes/hours later. Ordinarily I click on "Continue" and everything seems normal.

But I would like to get rid of the warning and be sure everything (scripts) is functioning a expected. the problem is that I cannot identify the source of this warning nor do I know how to fix the problem...whatever it is.

The only program I have installed prior to getting this warning is Comodo Firewall (at the recommendation of a member of this forum) and I like Comodo (much better than Zone Alarm). But it doesn't give me any clues at to whether it is connected with this warning either.

Can anyone help? Anyone else experienced this problem?
