Unremovable Items in Recycle Bin

There are 9 Unremovable Items in my Recycle Bin. They dont show up in my recycle bin, and when I go to empty the bin, it says it cannot delete 9 files. I don't know what these files are, or how they got here. Does anyone have an idea on how to remove them?

 

Try this:

In Win95 you can delete the Recycle Bin from a DOS prompt and it will be recreated. It will be necessary to remove the system and hidden attributes first.

Cool, It worked! ..........but as soon as I put something back in, the files came back.

 

Then you can either ignore that little glitch or go down this long winding road.
