I was wondering if I need these things in my startup list:
    NView rundll32.exe
    NVMediaCenter RUNDLL32.EXE
    NVCpDaemon RUNDLL32.EXE

    They seem rather redundant.

While the fact that Rundll32.Exe is listed three times, what is the other file in the command lines?
Rundll32.Exe runs a DLL file as an application, usually with some cryptic looking statement after the DLL file. Something like this: NvMediaCenter RUNDLL32.EXE C:\WINDOWS\System32\NVMCTRAY.DLL,NvTaskbarInit
But take a look at this page, you may not need them, as they may have to do with your video card and changing the display settings.
