Unknown file - dir00,dir01,dir02dir03

    recently, i found that there was an unknown file dir00, dir01, dir03 in my drive C:/ which contains a dat file12,file13 etc. It can be delete but it still appear again when i reopen my drive C:/ back. Hope that somebody can assist me to remove this file. Somebody save me~ :(

    Here, im using "Hijackthis" and i found an unknown file : <mwnsp.dll>

    Mwnsp.dll and Mwtsp.dll are valid files for MicroWorld EScan/Mailscan.

    It seems you have multiple instances of anti-virus programs (Symantec & AntiVir) installed on your system. Have you been trying different anti-malware applications out and then removing them? If so you may have not removed them correctly and completely and some of the leftover files are causing your concern.

    But what kind of anti-malware would you suggest?:confused:

    ive tried before, such as combofix but stil the same.

    what should i do next? my pc is getting worse now.:eek:
