Unknown file - dir00,dir01,dir02dir03

recently, i found that there was an unknown file dir00, dir01, dir03 in my drive C:/ which contains a dat file12,file13 etc. It can be delete but it still appear again when i reopen my drive C:/ back. Hope that somebody can assist me to remove this file. Somebody save me~

Mwnsp.dll and Mwtsp.dll are valid files for MicroWorld EScan/Mailscan.

It seems you have multiple instances of anti-virus programs (Symantec & AntiVir) installed on your system. Have you been trying different anti-malware applications out and then removing them? If so you may have not removed them correctly and completely and some of the leftover files are causing your concern.

ive tried before, such as combofix but stil the same.

what should i do next? my pc is getting worse now.

 

I mean it seems you have downloaded and installed different programs that do the same thing and can conflict with each other.

To check out your system for malware you need to post the HijackThis log in the correct section of the forums.
