I have recently been getting following error message popup on screen. Have no idea what it means. I just click OK, it disappears and everything seems to work as it should. Only new program installed is SP3 and installation went good.

    ccSvcHst.exe-Bad Image
The application or DLL C:\PROGRA~1\COMMON~1\SYMANT~1\PIF\{96E26~1\AlertUi.dll is not a valid Windows image. Please check this against your installation diskette.

It's referencing Symantec aka Norton software. Did you reently install/uninstall anything from Norton?

    Hi Steve

Been running NAV 2008 OK downloaded definition updates recently.
In my download folder I have the 2008 NAV installation folder. Would there be any use to reinstall it ?

    Problem cured

As an update - went to Symantic on line chat line and tech walked me thru an uninstall and reinstall (using the Norton removal tool) of the program and now working without the popup message. Apparently a file had become corrupted.
    Thks for the help
