This stinking install has disable my entire USB capability on my mobo. I've tried contacting the pinhead geeks at Intel and they're no help at all. Actually, I just tried calling Intel again, and they're hiding behind the fact that my Corsair Memory is 1.9V, instead of 1.8. Somebody please tell me why that would tell a driver programming code to disable my USB? Huh?! I've also tried deleting the ICH9 Family USB Univ. Host Cntrlrs, but they just come right back.

Could someone please tell me why Intel would write any such driver?

They didn't write/design the drivers to disable the USB;)

What is the first part of the story?
    Is this a new build?
Did the USB ports work before?
Did you install the USB drivers for the mobo?
