    I'm a linux geek.
In Linux, uninstalling software is as easy as rpm -e software (assuming installed by rpm, since I package rpm's - they always are on my system ...)

I rarely use Windows, but SP2 suggested I install a virus scanner - so I picked one at random from the Windows site - and got EZ Trust

It's absolutely horrible - users other than the one that installed it get error messages, it doesn't remember its settings, I want it gone - but it doesn't seem to have come with any kind of an uninstaller.

How do I safely get rid of it?
I don't want it - but I'm worried just dragging the folder to the trash will leave **** behind in other locations ...

    Thanks for suggestions.

I also had to uninstall the program as it had some conflict with MusicMatch 8, that would not let MusicMatch run. EZ Trust should be listed in add/remove programs in the control panel. I switched to the free version AVG 7 and been happy with that program. AVG can be found at http://free.grisoft.com/freeweb.php/doc/1/
