Since you have windowsXP, the files are hidden. Try to read the first part of Ramona's page . That will tell you how to "unhide" the files. If you can't figure that out, ask for help. Once you can get to see the files/folders in Documents and Settings, open first the folder with your name (or whatever you called it), then go Application Data and then Mozilla. Open the Profiles folder, then default, and then you will see a combination of letters and numbers.slt, and then Mail|mail account. After you open that you will see the files. The file with .msf after it is the header file, and, sometimes, it goes crazy, and only deleting will fix things. Since you have been doing all this with Netscape closed, and left the Inbox file alone, a new header (.msf) file will be built. When you open Netscape again, everything should be ok. There are a lot of steps, but once you have done it once, it should be much easier.
