Unable to view files in 'Add Remove Programs'

    Caught a nasty bug online and it's disabled my ability to 'Add / Remove Programs'. Am able to open the Function but cannot see any files. Reads: Class Not Recognised - res://appwiz.cpl/listbox.htc - Line:225

    Be very grateful for some help as I need to spring clean.
